At the centre of all my work is the impact and experience of people, along with the bigger picture and value of technology and innovation for an organisation.
I spent time building and leading the Adoption & Change Management Practice for 3 Microsoft Partners, including establishing Paradyne as the first Partner to have a Change Management offering as part of their implementations, along with leading their project method and delivery.
All of my work is aligned with Prince2, Agile and ADKAR to ensure professional approach, strong method and successful projects.
