Hello Colleagues,
My organization brought the Vena platform into our software portfolio to automate and improve our budgeting, allocations and reporting purposes. We have been implementing Vena for quite a while now and had finally reached a place we felt confident we could enter our budget and create custom reports, but in late June we were hit with a Vena "bug." We had to utilize support to rebuild a cube and integration channels that we had signed off on during implementation. What we are finding is that our project integration channel no longer brings in the projects to unmapped in our Modeler that do not have activity in Sage Intacct. This has halted our budget entry into Vena. Our exports under our Projects Channel/ Preview/Export all show the projects are in the Vena file, but not being pushed to the modeler. After some research we discovered it's something to do with the Integration channel. Our Vena support verified an integration channel needs to be set up to push data to Vena from Sage Intacct, but we have that set up. They also sent this article
