  • 1.  Unable to add attachments to data intersection on V365 template

    Hello,

    Hope someone could help with this one. Currently the contributors are not able to add attachments to data intersections by using "Comment" within our V365 templates. However, comments can be added, juts not attaching any files. I believe add comments and attachments to an intersection were available in the "Add-in" templates.

    Is there anyone else experiencing this issue? If you have a solution for this, can you please share?

    Intersection comments in V365 templates do not support file attachments. Our product team is evaluating this as a possible future enhancement.

    Your users can use file attachments with work flow tasks to provide supporting documentation.

    Thanks for your reply, Mike. Attaching files in the workflow is the solution that we currently set up in our process.

    Look forward to hearing Vena's decision on this one.
