Hi, 

Within our Finance cube, we have multiple processes. Some of these processes use the same templates/reports. When making updates to a template/report, is it possible to have these changes apply to that same template sitting in the other process? Or a simple workaround? Looks like I'd have to make the changes in each template respectively.

Hi Andrew,

You can utilize Global Files and link a single file to multiple processes. See screenshot below. There is one big catch though... Vena365 does not support Global Files. If you are still using the old add-in, this may be a good solution for you.

I link my budget templates and reports to multiple processes that often run concurrently for various scenarios. If a change is needed, you only have to update the one file. Unfortunately, we setup our file structure before V365 was rolled out and now have to move to local process files in order to take advantage of V365 and its subsequent updates.
