We added a new account number.  It is mapped.  It's showing up on the Income Statement but NOT on the Trial Balance.  Does anyone have any ideas on what could possibly be causing this?  The rows are Dynamic and should pull all accounts.  We don't want to get started budgeting for 2025 until our historical Actuals are confirmed (Trial Balance should = 0).

Is there a balance or activity for the new account?
I would check the dynamic mapping of the Trial Balance accounts.
Multidimensional dynamic mapping can be tricky.
Perhaps the combination of dimension members is not working out for the new account.
Perhaps there is a hide option for blanks or zeroes.
Perhaps there are other check boxes marked.

Yes, there is account activity.  I don't know how to check the dynamic mapping.  We are so new to using Vena and getting help is nearly impossible.  I've refreshed the Data Model.  It's still now showing up.

I highly recommend considering using Vena's EMS for some consulting help at least your first year of using Vena.

    Hi Janee

I would first go to your Trial Balance report, click on "Hide all Dynamic" > unselect "Hide Blank Rows" and "Treat Zeros as Blanks" > Refresh.  This way you can see the account is there even if it has no activity.  Feel free to email me if you still require some assistance and we can take a look at your intersections and why data is not populating in your report as intended.

    Thanks

Hi Mark.  I'm not sure how to do this.  I'm not seeing the option to unselect the two items you listed.  This is so very frustrating.

When you highlight the cells of which the multi-dynamic row(or column) mapping exists and click row(or column) mapping, a pop-up shows up and the Hide Blank Rows and Treat Zeros as Blank options are at the bottom of that pop-up.

I don't know if I'm doing it correctly but the account still didn't show up.
