    My name is Carla Bente and I am a Consultant working for Delbridge Solutions here in Toronto, Ontario. I currently specialize in Managed Services contracts, where I have been able to provide our clients with efficient solutions through their full implementation journey. I will be participating in the CIYC Real Estate event today to present a Monthly Occupancy Report we have implemented for many of our real estate clients.

    Hi All,

    My name is Andrew Le and I am the Senior Manager, FP&A at SHAPE Properties. We are a real estate investment, development and management company. My role at SHAPE includes budgeting and forecasting of our advisory companies and cash management of our investment arm as partners in our projects across North America. We recently implemented Vena and would be great to collaborate on how to best utilize Vena within the real estate space!

    Hi Everyone

    My name is Mark Dose and I am the Practice Manager for our Vena Practice at Delbridge Solutions.  Delbridge Solutions has completed over 80 Vena Implementations.  At Delbridge we have a dedicated Vena team with 15 consultants and Project Managers. For the Real Estate industry specifically, we have implemented Vena to over 5 clients.  

    I am a CPA with over 15 years in FP&A experience in various industries.  I have implemented and managed various CPM/EMP solutions such as Hyperion Planning/Essbase, HPM and Vena.  At Delbridge, I have been directly involved in over 20 Vena Implementations.  

    I am currently designing solutions for 4 clients in various industries.  I am happy to help with Vena whether it's Real Estate specific or for any other industry.
