What an awesome event we had today with some great conversations. It was so encouraging to see our customers come together and share their insights, knowledge, and be open to connecting with others. I hope we can continue this level of engagement this year!
Just a recap of our CIYC today:
@Dolores Sertal - Based out of Ottawa, a Sr. Finance Manager at Babcock Canada, in aerospace and defense.
Implemented Vena at the start of COVID, and was looking for a software tool that isn't too restrictive and had flexibility since the organization is going through growth. They've rolled it out for their cost control team and would like to know best practices to use Vena at its fullest capability.
@Ben Dobson & Anthony (will be tagged soon!) - Head of Finance & Analyst at Joby Aviation, using Vena for over 1 year now and as their primary FP&A software. They've integrated Vena with their other systems and use it for their financial planning and budgeting tool. They're looking for insights on manufacturing and materials within Vena, specifically parent-child relationships.
Ron Harper (will be tagged soon!) - Director of Financial Planning at MonoSol, and they are very new to Vena and just recently went live (congrats 🎉!). They're using it for financial planning and forecasting, but are looking to use Vena to its fullest potential. They're aspiring to use it to generate standard costs and put it into forecasts.
@Morgan Deal - Works at Blue Bird in Georgia, and has been there for a year and a half. Currently in the implementation stage and partnered with Citrin Cooperman to help with that process. They're working on their forecast templates and logic behind that in their ERP.
