    My name is Sadaf, and I am a Technical Writer at Vena. We're looking to improve Vena's knowledge base chatbot.  

    We want to hear from customers to understand your experience with the knowledge base, support tickets and your thoughts on what you'd like to see from Vena's chatbot.

    You will also get a first look at some of our new designs during this call and participating in the feedback session will earn you 10 points towards Vena's loyalty program, which provides access to benefits such as complimentary EMS hours, Vena-funded team-building activities and other surprises.
